When I lost around 20lbs in 10 weeks eating the THM way in March 2014, I basically became a walking advertisement. 😛 Lots of friends had lots of questions, and although I loved to talk about it with everyone, I didn’t have the time to go over the same concepts and try to give them all the same ideas for how to get started. That’s why I made this chart.

I created this quick start chart for those who ALREADY HAVE THE BOOK but would appreciate some help as they delve into its 600+ pages. This is my combination of a “fuel type chart” and a “meal plan” for beginners and includes only a few suggestions (some of my favorites that I got started with) for each fuel type. Several options repeat to show how you can often adapt meals to be either S, E or FP.

You could always make a chart with your own favorites using Pages or Word.
